Currently he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics of the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM). His research interests centre around ​​atomic and molecular physics and Computational chemistry with emphasis on
quantum chemical studies of the electronic and spectroscopic properties of biomolecules and molecular clusters".
